Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email, including your tracking link, as soon as we dispatch your order.

Delivery Estimate: 5-7 business days
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders throughout Saudi Arabia.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number.
You can also track from your Order Status page in your account.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@safaya.art.

We’ll work with our carrier to locate or replace your order promptly.
